אורי שניידר ,קלינאי תקשורת בעל תואר שני ושותף במכון שניידר. אורי ידוע כמטפל וכאיש חינוך וכמאמן מיומן ביותר. אורי גם ידוע בזכות הטווח הרחב של ניסיונו המקצועי, המחויבות הנלהבת שלו לאנשים ולמקצוע ותכונותיו הייחודיות שכוללות יצירתיות , רגישות וגישה חיובית שלו. בתחום הקליני, אורי היא מומחה בגמגום, קול, למידה ושיפור הדיבור. הוא עובד עם ילדים ומבוגרים- הוא עזר לאנשים להתקדם בהתמודדות עם הגמגום, בעיות קול, בעיות למידה ( כולל: דיסלקציה, קשב וריכוז,ליקויי למידה,סינדרום אספרגר, בעיות בעיבוד שמיעתי וכו׳). אורי הרצה בסמינרים מקצועיים וסדנאות בישראל ובחו״ל. הוא גם פרסם מאמרים על נושאים בגמגום, למידה ותקשורת בין-אישית ומקצועית. אורי הפיק שני סרטים תיעודיים,״להתעלות על גמגום:הסיפור הפנימי״ , ו ״ללכת עם הזרם:מדריך להתעלות על גמגום״. אורי הוא חבר ותורם פעיל לארגונים המקומיים, לאומיים ובין-לאומיים (ASHA, מדורים בעלי עניין מיוחד בשטף ודיבור, ,NSA ,SFA, SFA, NYSSLTA, ISHLA אגודת קלינאי תקשורת בישראל ואמב״י). אורי משמש גם כיועץ בועדת בריאות מייעצת מסביב לעולם. אורי הוא מאמן דיבור מיומן שעובד עם אינדיבידואליים וקבוצות בסקטורים ארגוניים ללא מטרות רווח. אורי משמש גם כיועץ חינוכי עבור משפחות ומוסדות שמחפשים לייחד את חווית הלמידה ולהגביר את הצלחתו של כל לומד. הפרוייקטים האחרונים של אורי כוללים מתן חסות עבור פלטפורמות מקווננות למתן שירותים שכוללים מתן עזרה אישית התפתחות מקצועית, פיתוח ויישום תוכניות לאמידת והעלאת רמת ההישגים האקדמיים בתוכניות הניתנות בשנה הראשונה לאחר סיום תיכון בישראל. אורי סיים את התואר הראשון שלו בבלשנות וליקויי תקשורת ועסקים ואת התואר השני בהפרעות בתקשורת.אורי קיבל את שני תאריו ממכללת קווינס,CUNY. אורי סיים את לימודיו בהצטיינות וכן הוענקה לו מלגת Mitsui היוקרתית בארה״ב והוא קיבל גם את ההסמכה הרבנית בבית מדרש לתלמוד. ניסיונו של אורי משתרע על פני שני עשורים וכולל תפקידים מגוונים בתחומי ייעוץ במחלקת המדיה הארגונית אצל וירג׳יו סקאדיר ושותפיו בניו-יורק ,במחלקת החינוך בניו-יורק,בב״ח ליונוקס היל,ובב״ס Summit וגם כמטפל וכיועץ פרטי.

Uri Schneider
Uri Schneider, M.A. CCC-SLP is a partner in Schneider Speech Pathology. Uri is recognized as a highly skilled clinician and an engaging educator and trainer; known for his broad range of professional experience, his passionate commitment to people and the profession, and his hallmark characteristics of creativity, sensitivity and positive spirit.
Clinically, Uri specializes in stuttering, voice, learning and speech improvement; working with both children and adults. He has helped people progress in the face of stuttering, voice problems, learning issues (including dyslexia, ADHD, language learning issues, Asperger’s Syndrome, Auditory Processing Disorder, etc.).
Uri has presented at professional seminars and workshops nationwide and abroad; he has published articles on the topics of stuttering, learning and personal and professional communication; and he co-produced two documentaries “Transcending Stuttering: The Inside Story” and “Going with the Flow: A Guide to Transcending Stuttering”. Uri is an active member and contributor to local, national and international professional organizations (ASHA, Special Interest Divisions for Fluency and Voice, NSA, SFA, NYSSLHA, LISHA, NYC Voice Group, ISHLA and AMBI). Uri also serves on the Health Advisory Committee of Worldwide B’Above Headstart.
Uri is an accomplished speech coach working with individuals and groups, in corporate and non-profit sectors.
Uri also serves as an educational consultant for families and institutions seeking to individualize the learning experience and increase the success of each learner. His latest projects include fostering online platforms for delivering services, self-help and professional development, as well as developing and implementing a program to measure and increase academic achievement in post-high-school gap-year programs in Israel.
Uri received his BA in Linguistics and Communication Disorders and Business, and his MA in Speech-Language Pathology from Queens College, CUNY. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, and he was awarded the prestigious Mitsui USA Scholarship. He also received rabbinical ordination at Beis Medrash L’Talmud.
Uri work experience spans two decades, includes diverse positions in corporate media training at Virgil Scudder & Associates, the New York City Department of Education, Lenox Hill hospital, the Summit School and as a private practitioner and consultant.
Uri enjoys running and spending time with his family (wife and four children).
